BIJA MANTRAS

We also planted seeds of healing and growth into our energy centers.

BIJA means seed. BIJA MANTRAS are one-syllable seed sounds that, when said aloud, activate the energy of the chakras in order to purify & balance the mind & body. When you chant the BIJA MANTRAS, you resonate with the energy of the associated chakra, helping you focus upon your own instinctive awareness of your body & its needs. (Daily OM)

MANTRA (from Sanskrit): ‘speech’ = instrument of thought, ‘man’ = to think, ‘Manas’ = mind, ‘Tra’ = tool, transport or vehicle. Also translated as: ‘tool of thought, ‘tool to focus the mind’, ‘vehicle that helps to transport or elevate the mind’

MANTRAS are vibrational tools and can help us to transform and elevate the vibration of our beings and realign ourselves. They work as an energetic bath or reset and help to cleanse our energy field, quieten the mind, and help us to be in touch with the ‘higher Self’. This helps to get perspective, take a breath, let go of emotions, recharge. It works like an energetic cleanse, recalibration, remembrance for our energetic field. Imagine a drop falling on a lake, this drop - even the tiniest - will create a ripple effect on the water. Like this, MANTRAS create ripple effects in our energetic field that are cleansing, healing and uplifting. (Suyana)

ROOTS AND WINGS

‘There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children. One of these is roots, the other, wings.’

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

Some moments from our last wonderful weekly Tuesday session. It was all about grounding. Bathing in the lower, grounding sound of the C - Crystal Singing Bowl, remembering who we are and raising our frequency together.

I believe that in times of uncertainty we can contribute to balance and peace starting with ourselves - nourishing our souls with harmony and love and connect in a sacred space of healing. We can only give what we have within and the more light we are, the more we can radiate.

Song: Beautiful Chorus, I Rise Up
